3Eligibility

4Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

• Trading Signals: Buy/sell recommendations with entry points, take-profit targets, and stop-loss levels
• Market Analytics: Technical analysis, market sentiment data, and trend indicators
• Portfolio Tracking: Tools to monitor and analyze your trading performance
• Auto-Trade (Premium): Automated execution of trades on connected exchanges
• Educational Content: Trading guides, market analysis, and educational resources

6Subscriptions & Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription tiers with varying features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT) via supported blockchain networks
• Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected billing period
• You are responsible for any network fees associated with your payment
• Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

6.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will need to manually renew your subscription before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted access to premium features. We will send reminder notifications before your subscription expires.

6.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7Refund Policy

8.2 Leverage Risks

If you use our Auto-Trade feature, you acknowledge additional risks including:

• Losses from rapid market movements during execution

9.1 No Guarantees

We make NO guarantees or promises regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our signals or analysis
• Future performance of any trading signal or strategy
• Specific profit levels or returns on investment
• The suitability of our services for your financial situation

9.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Conducting your own research and due diligence
• Making your own independent trading decisions
• Assessing whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation
• Managing your own risk and position sizing

9.3 Past Performance

10User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

12Exchange API Keys

12.1 Your Authorization

By connecting your exchange API keys to our Service, you:

• Authorize us to access your exchange account data (balances, positions, trade history)
• Authorize us to place trades on your behalf when Auto-Trade is enabled
• Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any trading activity on your exchange account
• Confirm that your API keys have only trading permissions (not withdrawal)

12.2 Our Commitment

We commit to:

• Never request or store API keys with withdrawal permissions
• Encrypt all API keys using industry-standard encryption
• Never share your API keys with third parties
• Delete your API keys immediately upon your request

12.3 Your Obligations

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your API keys have appropriate permissions
• Monitoring your exchange account for any unauthorized activity
• Revoking API keys if you suspect any security breach
• Understanding and accepting the risks of automated trading

13Intellectual Property

13.1 Our Rights

The Service and all Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, algorithms, and data compilations, are owned by or licensed to btccampus and are protected by intellectual property laws.

13.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of the Service or Content
• Modification, reproduction, or derivative works
• Data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction methods
• Downloading or copying Content for third-party benefit

13.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use such feedback for any purpose.

14Limitation of Liability

14.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

14.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BTCCAMPUS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Trading losses or missed trading opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from third-party conduct or content
• Damages resulting from service interruptions or errors

14.3 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14.4 Basis of the Bargain

You acknowledge that we have set our prices and entered into these Terms in reliance upon the limitations of liability set forth herein, and that such limitations form an essential basis of the bargain between you and us.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless btccampus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your trading activities and decisions
• Your User Content
• Any misuse of your account credentials

16Termination

16.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to premium features will cease immediately
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time
• Your API keys will be deleted from our systems
• We may retain certain data as required by law

16.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe:

• You have violated these Terms
• Your account poses a security risk
• Your conduct may harm us or other users
• We are required to do so by law
• You have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

17Modifications to Terms

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

18.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

18.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
